PVM MANAGEMENT & CONSULTANCY 

PVM Management and Consultancy Limited has been founded in 2014 in London by two Italian Engineers active in the renewable energy field since 2004 with the aim of supporting International customers growing their business in UK. In 2015 the Company has successfully originated and developed over 100 MW of Solar Projects in UK and has extended the development focus in other EMEA Countries. In 2016 the company started developing the US solar market for one of the largest Worldwide Solar Developers and in 2017 has successfully originated and developed over 400 MW in US. Due to the success obtained, in 2017 has been founded the affiliate PVM Management & Consultancy US Corporation with Headquarters in Manhattan, with the aim of penetrating the quite new but fast growing US Solar Market, taking advantage of the over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy field. In 2018 has been incorporated in Austin (TX) the third Company of the Group named PVM Management and Consultancy West Corporation that is more dedicated to the project development of Solar Projects while PVM Management & Consultancy US Corporation is more oriented in implementing  business development activities and M&A transactions from New York. in 2021 has been create the spin off MDP Management Services LLC in NEW YORK with the aim of giving specific Strategic Advises to US Clients in the Solar and BESS field.
